Hello! I am a software developer who recognized the need to motivate other women carry on with their careers along with parenting their children.I feel that many women give up on their careers just to be the primary caregiver for the children. I myself have been in this place and felt the dilemma of pursuing a full blown job along with raising kids.After all this I think I have been pretty successful and have done a decent job in both the spheres.I want to share with you some of my experiences, mistakes, takeaways, tips to handle and ace in both your roles as a woman and as Sheryl Sandberg says in her book, lets ourselves “career-loving parents”.
